improving my sleeping habits. More specifically, I want to sleep at least 8 hours every night, and not over 10 hours on the weekends. This is realistically unattainable for me right now, so I allow myself either one ‘cheat day’ a week where I can sleep however much I want, or two ‘cheat days’ a week if it is between 6-7 hours.
