| Yesterday, - even tho it was my birthday - I had a very productive period in between my two classes (well bring and spanish) were I successfully committed myself to finish my statistics assignments that are due to the 21st | |

| Today I started making my Behavior plan where i concretely described how I will keep myself motivated and really "commit" to this commitment. But for the record, I did no procrastinating today as I did a lot of work (the behavior change plan that i have started and wirtten 1000 words already, and also allocated all the tasks i had to do + finish my labs presentation) | |
