| I just made the committment to lose weight for my health. I have just gone from about 154 to 135 so I have lost a good bit. And, I am going to committ here to continue the "stickK" to my goal weight of 110 lbs in 25 weeks. I am having an oral surgery Wednesday so that will keep my mouth a bit shut as one of my friends told me! Here we go! | |
