My end goal is to wake up at 07:00. I will wake up at 08:00 for next 35 days. After that, I will move it to 07:30 or 07:00 directly. I will try to optimize each area of my life, so waking up that early becomes easier. At the same time, I will stick to my morning regime which I prepared carefully. I will create a separate commitment for it in a few days. |
