- Any time of the day (everyday) Update WEEKLY: - we will need a screenshot of the work log, it will be a CARDIO workout 4 times per week will require cardio pic, Additionally cardio should be either 40 mins at 100+ bpm or >15 mins 140 bpm + criteria: should have the Apple watch or Apple screenshot that has both a bpm and the minutes
