Instead of going to sleep, I decided to write to a very good person and good friend at midnight. It was a very productive and rewarding activity, therefore I at first thought it would be considered as justified excuse. But instead, I think I must consider it as a fail. This is to set the precedence that going to sleep on time is something you work on the entire day. As had I written to my friend earlier, and been more productive, there would be no reason to deliberate postponing sleep. |
