Didn't really achieve much but problem was I didn't set any goals. In which case, I felt no motivation from sticks. It should be different though once I do have some goals again.πŸ€”

So probably I should actually make it a habit yo do some serious planning maybe every weekend.

## Prior weeks:
1st week was a test run.
2nd week was unsuccessful but reflecting on it, we made a plan about me setting specific goals of what to get done during each week.
3rd week I managed to complete the studying I planned. This thanks to doing overtime at night the day before pharmacology lecture.

## This week:
4th week was unsuccessful. I did make plans, but they were 5x larger than in week 3. (Cover 3 chapters + assignment instead of 1 chapter).
### What to continue:
- 🎯 Continue making plans on *what to complete* (instead of how many hours to study like in the past, because one may spend the same # hours studying at very different efficiencies, and its easy to make).
### What to improve:
- πŸ—“οΈ Make a timetable for every day BEFORE that day starts -- so e.g. in advance or the night before (I can't follow any already made ones from the collage, because there aren't any and classes get rescheduled all the time xD so everyone needs to stay on top of that).
- 🎯 ⬆️ In addition to assigning goals for what needs to be done, adjust the goals for the week (and each day) based on the timetables I make.

- πŸͺ Make study plans realistic! Consider how long things ACTUALLY take... If deep down I feel they're not doable I might find it more difficult to even startπŸ˜…

Last week I've neither reached my own goals, nor the objective progress I need to make, nor did I set the right plans. Therefore this week is a fail and may marking it as such signal to me the urgency of turning my progress around.

Staying on top of my studies on-time would to me be an extraordinary feat... and extraordinary feats often require extraordinary means, with which, they may well be within reach=) Therefore I've thought of several more decisive aids than ever before starting immediately:
- Perspective. I must look at my studies same as a tough 9-5 job. For many hours of most days I must give it all.
- Classes are AS holy as self-study time. I will rate my performance every class to make sure I give them my heart. (This is feasible. I will just add a rating field to my class notes template that I always use.)
- Mentality alone and a few new tiny aids is by far NOT enough. I will also look into finding a study buddy to be with during studying or a similarly big decicive thing.
- ADHD assessment might only be available *starting* January so need to be extra creative until then.
