| Successful week 11 - sticking to the Instagram regulation and have found myself not even craving it when I've deleted it off my phone. I am on it at most about 45 minutes most days, and it definitely helps the porn commitment as well. | |

| Successful week 10 - did way better this week and deleted Instagram off my phone. I sometimes redownload it for an hour a day but have stuck to that and even went all day yesterday without getting on it. Doing better! | |

| Successful week 9 - had a bad week in terms of Instagram use and feel like my feed is getting flooded with chicks in bikinis, but no temptation to watch porn. Deleted Insta off my phone this morning and am going to try to limit use to one hour per day. | |
