| Successful week 44 - back on the straight and narrow after a shameful stumble. I feel like I got lazy mentally and let myself be convinced that there was no harm in "just one time". Going forward, I'll shut down the voices from the get go and firmly remind myself why I'm doing this and that it's all delayed gratification. The reward of prolonged success far surpasses temporary satisfaction. | |

| Like I said in my text - obviously never what you want but 42 successful weeks in a row is a heck of an accomplishment! The guilt and frustration afterwards is no fun, trust me I know, but one mistake shouldn't cost you days or more of regret and angst afterwards! Congrats on 42 brotha, that's still very impressive and you just get back up on the horse. | |
