JohannesFend commits to:
Get up by 5:30, at least 6 times per week. Except if you have a late gig and will sleep after 12.
Then just add 6 hours from when you go to bed. Alternatively you can experiment with keeping the wake up time and have a late morning nap of about an hour. And when on tour you can choose to make an exception.
