Full 30 days of paleo, lost around 3.5 inches at the last mesurement on Saturday morning of the 4th week. Huge success, I feel great. Some notes; really focus on getting water, more food, and greens each meal. That's it for process. Forget about the inches even tho its addicting to write them down. I still look forward to measuring, which deff continue to do, but its not the focus. |
