I just don’t have the juice before 9 am . I need a way to feel productive with that time but it feels like I’m supposed to monitor my computer but that’s a bs excuse because I’m not getting anything done and can just work until 6 if need be like I’m supposed to. I think the answer here is to exercise between 7 and 9th then trust that I will be able to jump right into work without YouTube or feeling like I need to warm up. |

Didn’t get it done again today. I need a new strategy to get the dopamine flowing during and after breakfast. It’s gotta be music and movement. Maybe medication is taken with morning tea and food happens later. |

I was distracted again today this time by my argument with Adriana. I just couldn’t get going. It was all consuming. But I took steps to address this issue today by signing up for therapy. I’m not giving up that easy. |
