| Been feeling better mood wise as I continue to succeed at this goal, as well as physically. Honestly kind of impressed how I’ve managed to succeed where I had been trying so hard and really proud of myself and thankful for this app. | |

Yesterday was tough not in the sense I had cravings or caved to ice cream, but I did have some serious cravings that I didn’t overcome yesterday eating a bunch of sugar/jam while baking muffins. Still didn’t eat any ice cream and accomplished that |
