| This goal will tie in directly with my other goal - lost 50 lbs in the next 1 year. Drinking has become a very serious problem for me. I am shocked at how much I can drink and not be hungover. I'm scared to think when my body will just quit... I'm ashamed at what my children might be learning from my behavior. I'm sick of the impact drinking is having on my mental health (anxiety, irritability, lack of joy in anything, etc.) and physical health (high blood pressure). | |
