| I have been journaling a lot lately, which is putting my pain first and I can't discount that even if I'm not tracking in on my Google Sheet. I did re kickstart my session on mouth aid today and feel that I will keep this going now with Sept & a more regular schedule. This will be the new 100 and we'll see how this progresses | |

How can I expect myself to contribute to humanity, build a rad business, if my foundation of myself is unstable and not capable to take care of myself.
