| I did it. I went 30 days without smoking weed and I feel great. I feel much clearer and I don't want to start smoking weed again. Its interesting as more emotions are coming up for me, with the dethawing, there was a great deal of anxiety and that I can't be the person I want to be, that I'm holding myself back and that energy is coming up to the surface now. | |

| Interesting as we come up to the 30 day mark. There is apart of me that says to create another commitment and stay weed free. There is another part that wants to let loose and be allowed to start smoking again now that I'm living downtown and "enjoy life". Yet the reality is when I don't smoke I have a clear head and I feel good about myself. I worry that smoking again will lead to me not controlling how much I smoke and having my energy shift towards the negative. i feel so positive with my inner child journaling and am on a good uphill trajectory and feels apart of me wants to sabotage that. | |

| Continue to feel great and like having not smoked weed as my energy levels are good and i have a good mental clarity. I want to keep this mental clarity going | |

| I went another 7 days without smoking weed. There are times when I have the temptation to smoke, or the idea to smoke but my commitment to myself is greater than a temporary high. I also love how clear and energized I feel. The reality of weed is that it impacts my sleep and makes me graugy, waking up without being energized and I simply don't want to be doing that to my body | |
