| I felt a bit disconnected from journaling when I did it today. It felt like I just was going through the motions a bit. I think my brain was tired when I was doing it, and I needed to rest my mind instead of journal. I didn't feel that reflective at that time and it was the middle of my work day. I journaled in the morning earlier this week and I felt that was a good time to do it too. So I think the best times are the morning, or right after work (so far). | |

| I journaled after work today and it felt really good! I've been doing more voice journaling lately, and it feels good for venting and its helpful too. But I feel like I have deeper reflections when I'm writing things down and it also gives me the ability to organize my thoughts and solve problems better. I also felt more centered after doing it. | |
