| This week was easier than last week. I found myself excited to go workout and had a couple of rest days and 'cheat days' due to the holiday, but overall feeling good about the goal. | |

I have successfully followed through on my exercise plan for the entire week. I went to the gym Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, following through with strength training and a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio. I skipped Wednesday due to feeling sore after Monday's workout. I feel good about my progress so far and think next week will be even better. My diet has not been terrible, as I meal prepped healthier options and ate them throughout the week. I do find myself struggling to eat more than 1 or 2 meals a day, but hopefully it will be better next week. |
