I weigh 67.85 after my first workout today, I'm trying to eat healthy and do a body recomposition where I lose weight in my face and stomach mostly and gain muscles in my glutes especially and tone my arms. I started today may 30th and I eat to keep at it for the first 30 days and see how far I've come. I'll record my progress here daily.
