You're doing so well, Karen! And your body is getting used to the fact that it TAKES a little while to feel the fullness of dinner. REMEMBER - especially when you're tired -just eat what has been planned and prepared. Do not add to it. You will feel full in 20 minutes. And SLOW DOWN. Start eating away from the TV now! You can elevate/ice and read afterwards. Be more mindful this way!

You are doing so awesome, Karen! I'm so fucking proud of myself! I've come so far and learned so much since the days of binge eating and being stuck in the drug-induced sleeps...no more! Healthy lifestyle ahead & clinging to it! :)

Nicely done, Karen! Keep up the good work as you face more Benadryl-related withdrawal and possibly sleep deprivation. This too shall pass & you'll be better off without the pills to help you sleep...keep loving yourself!
