I’ve really let myself slack off lately. Even if it’s only for a few minutes, I need to get my heart rate up and get my cardiovascular age decreased. I DON’T want to have a stroke or heart attack at a young age!! And I FEEL better when I move. It releases endorphins and I get a high walking out of the rec center. Think of that incredible high, when it’s time to exercise and I don’t feel like it. And STRETCH!!!!!
