| I did not really reach the goal. Thyroid levels affected my ability to stay on the diet. Had to introduce carbs as a result. But have identified the issue and hopefully can resolve it and restart my goal. | |

| Was struggling to maintain my diet for the past couple of weeks because of health issues and moving. Now that I have settled in, I am restarting my diet from this Monday. Aiming for 85kg this week onwards. | |
