Water fast Sunday through Monday noon- break with broth and protein powder, one hour later have yogurt with protein powder and cultured coconut water, 4 PM soup again with protein powder. Fast until after before FINE workout with Perfect Aminso. After FINE have shake. Then noon lunch and water fast until Wed morning. Then follow regular plan with water fasting after lunch Wed and Thursday until next morning. Friday regular soup and breakfast then water fast until after Karen for a shake t
