| Dead bug still a grow as I struggle with shoulder which throws me off. He heel taps and most other do okay. | |

| Glowed on the squat arm curls and heel taps. Although I did pretty good on the swiss ball toss, the dead bug can still use growing as it was difficult after the toss. Did have to stop the first go round, but made it on the second barely! | |

| Lots of squats where my legs could hardly stand with the daily exercises and daily hikes. The dead bug was hard as well with the lifts, but did well on most other exercises. | |
