| Started exercising regularly and feeling better mentally and physically. Still stagnant with weight loss and struggling with sleep. Hoping the exercise will help with the sleep. | |

| Being back home help with my eating habits. Didn’t exercise as much as I hoped because of an arm issue, but got some in. Stress is still high and sleeping quality low. Improvement in stress reduction and sleep will be this week’s focus. | |

Was I. The road for 3 weeks and lost momentum. Going to stay put this week and get back on track. Goal for this week - eat clean - gym 4 day with weights and cardio - mountain bike 2 times this week - don’t have a heart attack |

I have been going to the gym and feeling much better. I was down more through the week but had a big meal last night, so I think my check in weight is a result of last night. Regardless of the scale, my clothes are starting to fit better. Also, I added liposomal berberine as an implement a couple weeks ago. I’m definitely feeling the effects from it now. No food cravings and getting the sense of full to prevent myself from over eating. |
