| I definitely had the urge to order takeout simply because I feel overwhelmed. I am noticing a pattern that stress (work and otherwise) makes me feel overstimulated and overwhelmed, and so I immediately default to a desire for extremely caloric and comforting food that I do not have to prepare or clean up after. Makes sense! But I immediately reframed that for myself today and focused on how much I love cooking and that taking the time to prepare myself a nice lunch is a good break from all of that stress, and I get to feel good both emotionally and physically as a result. | |

| I did not order Takeout once, not even for a designated takeout day. We did go out to eat, but that felt wholly unconnected to the parameters (though I did have to think about it since the goal here is to have better diet). All homecooked meals except for one pizza is not bad for a week! I am proud of myself. | |
