NinjaMode commits to:
Train for the 5k hot chocolate run on April 13th. Training plan:
1. Walking 30 mins 3-4 days a week 2. Run/walk intervals 20-40 mins 4-5 days 3. Slow running 3-5 miles for 3-5 days a week 4. Run medium and fast runs with cross training (alternating days) 3-8 miles 5-6 days a week 5. Running with intervals and pacing 3-5 miles 5-6 days a week working on speed and alternating with cross training 6. Rest 1-2 days before the race but maybe slow run a mile. 7. Race day! Give it your all!
