| Thought the new ball Toss between legs and feet was fun at first, but actually got real tough. The heel taps still had it beat by far as being challenged to get through it all without stopping. | |

Struggled with heel taps again where Davida nailed it with us all struggling with stomach. Tried the Calf extensions with the knee and arms up where I felt not only in calves but also glutes. Definitely worked up a sweat.
