Pay off Visa + implement budget. No tapping savings, must happen through cash flow only. Phase I - Oct. 23 make budget, research. Nov. 23 implement and gleefully watch as Visa balance disappears. End point uncertain except when Visa is all paid off. Three years??!!! 40 weeks-ish, this IS happening!!! Three yearly phases.
