If I am busy in my favorite things like YouTube, audiobooks podcasts, then I don’t get tempted to eat food and it’s good for me.

I have lost 2 kgs but I started eating again. I need to exercise for 2 hours per day with phone. And need to limit food intake.

I did salad and some exercise but no weight change. Only thing that helps me is when I starve and exercise- that’s only time when Glucagon is released for me. So do Intermittent fasting and Do HIIT.
