| No breakfast. Chicken for lunch. Taco salad for dinner. I cooked. Activity was zero. Unless you count walking around Wally World. | |

| Rode bike for 20 minutes. Dusted and decluttered the house. Didn’t eat as healthy as I should have. I need to go shopping for healthier options. | |
