You’ve got to stick to timings Mikey -you can’t meditate in bed etc or do stuff away from what your morning routine states. You’re kidding yourself, it’s the small things that count and add up. Even if you don’t feel like getting up because you feel down or cold, still get up. You now have a routine. And really really you need to get up at the same time every weekday.
It will be tough at first (especially if you don’t get enough sleep) but it’s called a routine. And you’re not going to meet your career, relationship, fitness…essentially life goals without it. Please do yourself a favour and stick to your plan. I love you. |
