So this number is probably a lie — this morning (before “making ablutions”) I weighed in at 193.1. The experiment in limiting myself to 1900 calories a day has PROBABLY failed, so I’m going to move to 1590 calories a day for the next week. The trouble with this might be that I’m splitting away from my pre-arranged weight goals! (That is, I’m probably 1 lb heavier than I had planned to be.) I’ll want to talk about this on Saturday. In any case, I’ll aim for 192 for this week, which would still put me a week behind (according to stickK, I’m aiming for 191). |
