Be scroll free on my phone for 4 weeks!!!!!
I deleted the instagram app, gmail app, and removed access to youtube from my phone. I've done this in the past..... but it creeps back in there. Stickk to the rescue. * I MAY need to put instagram back on my phone for business purposes. IF SO - It will be done intentionally and with the business account.

It's been good to keep myself off of scrolling on the phone. Working on it not being a problem on my laptop. |

YES!!!!!! It is working. My phone continues to seem boring...... I have fallen into some scrolling.... or even bingewatching a bit of a show, but only one night and it was Friday..... and that all happened on my laptop. Which is okay for now. Using this space to remind myself that I am tackling this problem in stages. and that the first stage of that is not doing it on my phone..... which is the most problematic bc it's with me most often. So far, it's a huge success. Maya, keep it up, and keep those pitfalls off of your phone. The inconvenience of checking your email on your laptop is worth it. |

This was a huge success!!! I am spending MUCH less time on my phone. Zero scrolling on the phone this last week and minimal scrolling on my computer. :-) Im glad I made this goal. |
