Week 5 was a good week. There was not much thought into anything. I ate and exercised what I needed to do, without having to push myself. Now it just feels like a part of my life. Feel like I lost a lot of fat and tshirts are getting looser. Just gotta stick with it. Long way to go |

Week 4 has been a much slower week in terms of losing actual weight, but generally my average weight was lower than last week. It is starting to get a bit boring with the routine. Not sure what it quite is but maybe it’s just being disciplined for this long, which isn’t that long compared to my overall goal. Just gotta get through it and hopefully will pick my mojo back up. This is my usual weight I hover at, so if I lose 2 more kg, I will be in new territory and that will give me the boost I need. |

Week 3 has been decent. I started off well but ended up having 2 heavy days of eating (I still exercised) mainly because of the public holiday. That left me bloated for the days after. It makes you realise how food has an impact on your body. My body is no longer feeling tired anymore, so I want to push my walks into some walking/running this week, just to step it up. In my third week and I’ve made good progress. This is when I would usually relax again, but I need to get over this hump and get focused again. |

I worked out every day, which I usually do anyway, but 3x this week, I did an hour walking. I also did better with my protein goal by buying some extra meat to go with my dinner. Definitely feel the change in my body. Body is still very heavy and tired from all the training. |
