Week 16 - This one was a good week. Back to a normal routine. Got 2 more weeks left. Kinda just wanna finish as I’m no where near my original final goal, but I’ve made a commitment so I’ll get myself there at the end, regardless of the result. |

Week 15 - I’m back on it properly now. All the training and eating properly. But I suppose the eating from the previous week caught up with me this week, so I didn’t actually lose that much. I have 3 weeks left and fitness is feeling good, so I’m gonna do more running this week and double sessions. Got some tricky Xmas meals coming up but I want to get to 110 before we finish this stretch. |

Week 14 - Another bad week. I did train and eat properly for Mon - Fri. Couldn’t do my extra exercise because of how busy I was but it seems the excessive eating the past week or so has caught up so now I have to lose more. I also my uncle around who’s visiting me and he’s thrown my routine. Still my fault. I have 4 weeks left and I’m planning on no snacks and no fried food and no cheat meals for the next 4 weeks. I have a couple of meals/parties to go to, which will be an exception but I’m going to control myself on those days. |

Week 13 - Its been another hectic week again where I’ve not been 100%. My uncle has come to visit and he brought chocolate with him and that is something I have no control over. But I did constantly exercise and generally ate around my calories. Need to be more focused next week and possibly eat a little less each day. I’ve just been stuck at this weight for a while but I definitely feel slimmer and fitter. |
