Finger much better, good to start light climbing and HC rehab I think. Will test before next stickk

Still not feeling spectacular, but inflammation is definitely reduced, still get puffiness while hanging openhand, but goes away quickly

3 finger pocket hangs seem to be doing the trick atm, inflammation down a lot!
