I've finally caught up with some videos I wanted to watch π₯³ Because of Anna Arkana's video about James Clear's masterclass on habits, I made 31 origami paper stars and put them in 1 jar. Whenever I loose 1kg, I'll put 1 paper star into the other jar! Visual representation about our progress is supposed to keep us motivated while habit building! It's meant to let us already feel the reward instead of only getting excited once we completed our goal! I've put them right next to me on my desk to always be reminded of what I already achieved and how far I still have to go βοΈβΊοΈ |

I started circling each day I managed to not snack in between meals π It's my biggest weakness and I hope with having an overview like this, it'll get more motivating to resist snacking! But I've also recently started to research habit building a bit more, so I don't need to rely on discipline as much! I might implement rewards for some milestones on my way to my goal weight as well πͺπ |

Lately I've been busy with so many different tasks, that it's become difficult to keep track of my weight loss & health journey π¬ So I searched for a widget for my phone's homescreen to remind myself about my goal! And since I struggle the most with snacking in between meals, I made a goal for myself to eat 3 healthy meals a day π₯π₯π² (I've only just created this today, using TickTick) Seeing the widget now everytime I use my phone makes me excited! I also have an idea for another longterm tracker I could use! Maybe I have it ready for next week's check in πͺπ |

(So far I was able to resist to binge on some unhealthy snacks 11 times πͺπ) |
