At the very minimum this: Pull Ups/ Squats Push Ups/ Hip Flexors Dips/Butt/Shoulders I can additional handstand, swimming, abs, hanging drills, etc. The intention for this is simplicity and maintenance during this season of life.

Completed - late on Saturday. I'm going to make it so I need to complete my goals by Friday or even Thursday so I can have some down time at the end of the week. |
