Min 3 hours between max of 3 meals daily. Meal length is 1 hour or if in restaurant when you leave restaurant. No rewrites – I agree to stick to the current plan until it’s finish date. One serving rule except for nonstarchy vegetables with the fat used to prepare them and broth. Can have broth after 3 hour post meal break (when you only have water) and raw or cultured vegetables up through next hour long eating window. Have everything you will eat on your serving plate/ bowl – that is all you
