2. Work routine: Eat meds & get to work at 8:30am 3. Night Routine: Charge, Shower, Spa & Meditate 4. Dance routine: Stretch/Dance for at least 30 minutes daily. 5. For any exception, a sensible reason must be stated & all other tasks must be done.
