| the pendulum swung last night into a before 10pm sleep. Arjun's text really helped. I think I would have stayed up until the 10:45 target, aiming for smoothness. Well, I'm still tired this morning, so that's probably circadian rhythms. Getting up to drive Katie gets me up earlier, but I'm not exercising, then, too. | |
