Some weight increases in the gym. Cycling gone back down to 40 mins, as per neurologist advice. I am going faster though and I am sure I will go back to an hour soon. I have been suffering from insomnia and took sleeping tabs for 6 nights. They really turn my head around. I am just getting things back together n9w without them. I must remember to only use for 2 nights maximum.

I have definitely returned to normal, thank goodness. Weights and cycling back on track. Cycling at the moment, although long and boring, is starting to get easier. To be honest, it does pass quite quickly and gets easier as my fitness improves.weights are increasing steadily, and although the actual weights don't increase as quickly as I want, the form does improve quite noticeably and quickly

Hit a stonewall last week with regard to progress both in the gym and on the bike. Cycling became a major issue. Just could not achieve what I had been doing. I kept on doing everything but just felt something was off. Saturday the 12/8/23 I felt really detached from my body. Sunday did a cycle for 30 mins. Hopefully, it has passed, and I can start my return to normallity

The weight lifting is progressing at a really promising rate. As is my eating. At this rate, I can now at least believe I can get back to where I was. Cycling is going from strength to strength. 60 minutes seems to be the norm.I am still doing the endurance program. Today, i managed to do the 60 min program at resistance levels 3 and 6 .Will continue with this program until I am very comfortable
