| I think the previous entry pretty much sums up the way things are with my smoking program. I honestly haven't had a thought about smoking ,let alone an urge. The test would come if I were to start drinking again. I don't think it likely that I will start that again. Keep moving forward | |

| Smoking seems to be a thing of the past for me now, with no cravings per se and very few thoughts about smoking. It will take an active process on my part to actually start smoking again. After what i have been going through for the last 6 months, I think it is fair to say that, from a smoking standpoint, very little could happen to ne that would make me consider smoking again. As i said earlier, I think it will take a conscious effort on my part to reunite with nicotine | |

I really don't think about smoking much these days. I think about why I used to smoke and why others smoke, but I think that that is one of the side effects of giving up. All in all, it's going well with no real desire to return to the habit |
