In the future when you derail on this commitment would you mind stating which day you derailed, so that I can validate whether or not to support your success? When in doubt, as your referee I will take your word for it. But as a counterpoint, I feel as though you asked me to be your referee because you wanted that extra accountability, and therefore I am asking for more information so that I can help you. So for example in your commitment journal you can state "I failed this commitment. Therefore I am submitting a failure report now" you can probably word it better then that but... a source of confusion is that we are always reporting for yesterday Anyways, great work so far! Keep it up! |
