Putting in one hour a day before Painworth Mon through Thursday to move Mouth Aid forward to create a life that gives me freedom to be nomadic and create art to make the world a better place. On Friday's I will have the choice to do one hour or deflect it to one day of the weekend to keep the 100 day streak going.
