							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Cycling 60 miles each week. Mainly fruit and non-sugar liquids from 6 AM to 6 PM daily. Daily food tracking on Lose It app. Daily weight and BP checks. 39 ounces of water each day. Only non-sugared liquids between 6PM & 6AM after water goal is met. If water goal not met, only water. Off date nights with Mom during weeks when I've lost at least 2 lbs by date night weigh-in. Fruit only if not met. Off family b-days, special events and anytime bp is below 115/75 or weight below 172 lbs. Ramadan
