FIRST DAY OF FAILURE!!! >=( I had a few snack sized candy bars cause I was playing dnd with friends and I didn’t want to be weird about not having any I promise no more than 5 but that’s enough for me to have to say I didn’t commit today… we keep going with no shame >=0 !!!!! |

| Doing good! Less craving for overall sugar, but the craving for cookies remains 0-0, had some juice which was high in overall sugar but no added sugars! | |
