Lose 10kg on scale in 20 weeks which will take me 3 weeks out from 02 September comp (allowing time to lose more fat or maintain / reverse). Aiming to maintain lean mass over 50kg (current lean mass). Aiming to build / maintain strength for as long as possible during process.
