Start: 13/3/23 1.) Liquid Keto only during week days. Soup only no stew. 2.) Must send pic of new Green smoothie to Lui every week day morning. 3.) Food allowed at weekends: Keto only 4.) Must do at least 20 minutes minimum on cross trainer x5 per week - Send results pic to Lui when completed.
