Tues, Wed, Thurs: veggies with fat and protein; Dinner: protein (can be PTOG lasagna on Thursday), fat, non starchy veggies, optional fruit FRI: Lunch: shake only, nothing more before your yoga lesson!!!Dinner: protein, fat, starchy veggies, optional fruit, starch SAT: Follow basic program SUN: 1 meal only after yoga then start fast. Can have broth with fat before yoga.
